All Customer Relation Management systems are not made alike.
Many, in fact, most do not yet connect with social media making them in my humble opinion …
To maintain a high or better yet AMAZING customer experience you need a system that connects with your customers where they are… ”ONLINE ON SOCIAL MEDIA”.
Therefore if your CRM does not connect with your customers on social media and does not track all your engagements, interactions, and sales from and through social media…get a new system or see if it can be cost-effectively updated.
It’s that important.
