Growing Pains of the Booming Tech Industry – | UX Magazine

The Tech industry is predicted to hit a market value of $5 Trillion with a “T”

This is great news BUT for high growth companies the news is not all good

In fact, as they grow one of the key reasons they have been so successful is often forgotten

“Customer research”

Knowing your customers is one of the most important factors to success now and in the future

For example, do you know the answer to these questions?

  • Where are your customers most likely to learn about your products and services?
  • How do your customers prefer to communicate with you?
  • How do your customers compare your products to those offered by your competitors?
  • What kind of user experience do your customers prefer?
  • What options and experiences do your competitors offer that you do not?

These are the kinds of basic questions that need to be answered and understood now

The good news is that you can maintain your high growth and focus by focusing on customer experience and listening to your customers

Doing the research and getting to know your customers intimately cannot be ignored
