NFTs use blockchain technology that powers cryptocurrencies but they are NOT A CURRENCY.

Despite the ongoing sell-off in cryptocurrencies, NFT sales have held up relatively well. In the past week alone, sales of NFTs hit $565 million, according to data from NonFungible.com.

I get asked about these all the time … the key thing to know is that these are still a highly speculative investment that may or may not hold their value.
