Which CRM is best?
THE ONE YOU ACTUALLY USE!
I know… you have already invested in a CRM but no one uses it!
So your thinking, hmmm, we must need a new one!
Well, the answer is…MAYBE
The real question is, why did you buy one in the first place and what was the problem you were trying to solve?
Did you include all the key stakeholders in the process or did you decide to buy it and hope for the best?
Did you look at how customer data is actually used and managed and how to improve OR did you just buy it and hope for the best?
I could go on but you get the picture
Do your needs analysis first
THEN…bring in the key stakeholders to determine if your current system can do the job
If not…then look at options
I will say this…in my experience, a “Social CRM” integrated with Social Media and useful Digital tools is your future
So in the case of this article, especially for a larger organization…” Salesforce Social Studio” wins…just my opinion!
